5 things I did to remove my gyno 🤝

Here are five practical things for young men that helped me reduce/remove my gyno:

1. Eat Clean: Focus on whole foods like fruits, vegetables, lean meats, and whole grains. Cut back on sugary snacks and fast food.

  1. Train Chest 2/3 times a week: When you develop your chest your gyno will start to go down and become less noticeable. Be sure to specialise in 2/3 chest exercises. Especially incline dumbbell press 🤝

  2. Watch Your Weight: Maintain a healthy weight. Losing excess fat can help reduce breast tissue.

  3. Limit Alcohol and Drugs: Cut down on alcohol and avoid drugs like anabolic steroids that can affect hormone levels.

  4. Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water to support overall health and metabolism.

Remember if you stay consistent and do at least 1% everyday it will make a difference.

As ironic as it sounds consistency is 🔑
